Bettys Cookery School

Have now done the 2 week certificate course. Amazing time. Done the 1 week advanced course, again amazing. Also done a day spice box. Staff amazing, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. I can't thank them enough for liteing the passion for food. I learnt so much. My missus said she wished that I had gone on the courses much earlier in life as I now don't let her near the kitchen!! If you ever get the chance give it a go

Had a lovely day here today making tea biscuits, we were a few minutes late due to traffic but what a lovely team! They even still served us a fabulous coffee and chocolate pastry. Lunch was amazing I had a chickpea salad. Never would I have chosen this but wow it was so nice.. the teacher was excellent, very informative and a lovely lady. All in all a fab fab day. I'm booking breadmaking as soon as I can. Thanks ladies. The only downside was having to share my biscuits when I got home 😅🙌

A most excellent cookery school with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere and well paced demos and practicals. Loads of tips and tricks. Course materials are excellent and everything is provided. Lots of breaks for refreshments (omg the cakes and pastries were still warm from the oven) and lunch was lovely (with wine). Well worth the money. Bring a friend along too. Easy to find and loads of parking. Top draw stuff.

What a fantastic way to spend a day. All the staff are friendly, knowledgable and so very approachable. From the moment I arrived I felt welcome and at ease. My bread making experience was punctuated with lots of Bettys food, tea and coffee - what a treat. There was lots of laughter to go with the serious business of bread making. I felt supported when I needed support and able to go at my own pace as my confidence grew. I'm already planning my next cookery day at Bettys. Thank you all of you...
