Great classes. After nearly 40 years of doing Judo I had retired and not been on the matt for 5 years because of painful trapped nerves in my neck. I saw these classes and went along to see what it was all about. I've not looked back. They are excellent classes. Low impact, as there is not as much throwing as Judo as its mainly floor based.
