JAN YATES Jan has held senior management positions for over 15 years within the NHS and worked across a range of public health and corporate areas, at local, regional and national level. Alongside core service development and delivery work, she is a qualified teacher with front line teaching experience at all educational levels. Her public health specialist interests focus around education, leadership development and organisational change. Jan still teaches widely, and is accredited to provide Executive Coaching and occupational assessment. Jan aims to help public health leaders find their own style and learn to trust themselves so they can confidently inspire changes, big and small.
