  • Ben is great! From the moment I enquired he took a genuine interest in my lifestyle and aims that has lead to me completely overhauling how I exercise and live my daily life. He’s encouraged me to make small but consistent changes as well as teaching me to do things in the gym that I never thought I’d be able to do, and now rather than dread going to the gym I look forward to it. Can’t recommend him enough.

  • Ben has helped me regain mobility in my shoulder and back after a RSI from work. He always makes things clear and simple and easy to follow. My confidence as a women using the gym has increased massively since my first visit.   • I have been training with Ben for nearly a year now, he has listened to what I want to achieve not just done what he thinks every client wants. Ben has set a great plan up for me regularly challenging me and setting me more goals, giving me ideas to work towards. He has taught me techniques that have now made me feel very confident when I go to the gym alone, I would highly recommend Ben’s sessions to anyone that wants to get strong!!
