We found Ben to teach guitar to my daughter, Shauna, through YourSpace when the first lockdown occurred. What a find! Despite having the option to return to face to face lessons, Shauna has enjoyed her lessons with Ben so much that we have kept them up, even when moving overseas. I have been taking guitar lessons from Ben for a couple of years now. We have been working through a variety of pieces, chosen to be a suitable level and match my preferred styles. Theory lessons are available, although I stick mostly to playing.

Ben has the fantastic skill to communicate his amazing knowledge and understanding to me as a less able musician. It is also very obvious that Ben WANTS you to become a better musician.

Ben and Niomi have been brilliant, kind and patient piano teachers to our 2 children and their use of in person plus online lessons have been wonderfully effective and flexible. Their encouraging style suits our children very well and has even shown in excellent exam results. We would very much recommend Ben and Niomi!

Ben has been teaching my 9 year old daughter to play guitar for nearly two years. Lara really enjoys the lessons with Ben. He is patient, encouraging and enthusiastic and really brings the best out of her when she plays with him. In the spring she passed her initial guitar exam and attained a merit, we were all very happy with this result. I would recommend Ben in a heartbeat.
