  • Ben is a highly professional, friendly personal trainer. He goes above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and confident in what you are doing.   • I have trained with Ben for over six months now and I highly recommend him. He makes so much effort to make sure his trainee is doing the exercise correctly. He repeats the exercise himself several times to show the trainees what went wrong and how they can improve positions to maximise the benefit of the exercise. He also listens to your targets, and motivates you to achieve them by providing different tools and gives different advice.

  • Training with Ben was enjoyable as well as rewarding. With Ben’s help and motivation I was able to shift 9kg’s without it feeling like a chore.
