  • Ben is a great personal trainer. I mainly do weight training and Ben has not only shown me lots of different exercises he also ensures I am using the appropriate technique. Along with the exercise Ben also offers nutritional advice and has lots of resources to share on how to manage my diet. I would definitely recommend Ben to anyone looking for a PT.
