  • I've known Ben for many years and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to get fitter or keep a level of fitness. He doesn't push you too hard, but hard enough. He's really professional and works diligently to do his best for you.

  • Was in a bad place before starting with Ben mentally and physically (16.6 stone), 2 months later mental state flipped on its head home life and work life improved massively and now progressing in both, 4 months later 2.2 stone down while at eating more times then I was before!!. Might sound hard to believe that can be helped by Ben ( especially the mental state) but you definitely need to try it before thinking this review isn’t true.
