  • I have been training with Ben for around 5 months. From the beginning he was professional and approachable. He is very knowledgeable and has given me a lot more confidence in the gym, especially around strength training. Ben is flexible, commited and always there to answer any questions. Before I started training with Ben I lacked confidence in the gym, now i will happily go and work out by myself using a plan that he has made for me. I would 100% recommend Ben.
