Was very disappointed to be honest was told they had lots off hats went out to find no hats would fit. Staff not great as I had to ask for hand gel and one off them on the phone playing games when I was trying hats on the wee girl I had to ask the staff member to help and I felt I was putting her out will not be back

Amazing customer service, there was one girl in she was quick to help me and was very efficient and kind I definitely recommend for everyone to go here

The opening hours may be a little restrictive but it's worth getting over because the clothing/equipment is of the highest quality, the service is helpful and friendly, and everything is at a very fair price. Highly recommended.

I ordered a second hand saddle from here and insured postage wasn't easy to sort out to my postcode but Harriet was brilliant. She looked at all options and eventually found a suitable company. Unfortunately the saddle didn't fit so I had to return it. Again Harriet was brilliant and gave a full refund. I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again, the customer service was outstanding.

Got some silver braiding bands and a pair of gloves, gloves are great and breathable, and braiding bands are extremely durable, such good customer service, and great conversation out of of the owners,
