Really clean grass area with path through center. As a pedestrian you need to be very wary of the cycles. Feels safe after dark

Been to a few doggy playdates here it's a lovely place, on site cafe, plenty of parking and the indoor school area is always clean and poop free, a bonus when a attending a doggy event.

Nice and spacious plus there is a cafe .

Nice cafe overlooking the horse training paddock. The green tea and flapjack was delicious.

Great facilities, indoor area is very new and top quality. Good to see a venue like this in Essex. Gives us something to do through the winter.
