Bedlam Bjj - Trentham

Excellent club, great coaching by Dan and a really friendly atmosphere. Great for those with experience but also would be a great place to start your Bjj journey as the club is growing and you have the opportunity to grow and learn with other new starters to the art who are in the same position.

I would definitely recommend Bedlam BJJ - Trentham to anybody who wants to train in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. Dan and the rest of the team are very welcoming and make you feel at ease when training. As a female, it is definitely an intimidating sport to start however Dan and the team make sure that everyone is comfortable. Dan is a fantastic coach and this shows in how far my training has come since I started 6 months ago. I can't imagine training anywhere else!

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, of any age. Dan who runs the gym, is an absolute pleasure and so is Dave ( bedlam Trentham sidekick). It’s feels an intimidating sport to get in too at first, you’ll soon realise it isn’t when you walk though the doors. Class act!
