Beamish Park Golf Club

Played today, really nice course with some tremendous view’s. Really hilly course so be prepared for the legs to get working! Only down fall was the practice facility’s was a bit poor, the only driving range was about 2 miles up the road and you had to buy tee’s which I’ve never had todo before apart from that great course!

Lovely course and we’ll presented and kept. Good mix of types of holes to challenge all golfers. Lovely club house with a good selection of food and drinks. Pro shop very helpful.

Always a warm welcome on arrival course playing true and well kept compliment's to the ground staff. Worth a visit anytime. 4 ball enjoyed by all. Clubhouse is a must.

Hard course , hell of a walk up and down the fairways. The greens were excellent as long as your ball stayed on. Lots of plateau greens so lots of very steep run offs if you got it wrong. Very interesting layout. Modern, smart clubhouse with good selection of beers. Didn't have food but the menu looked extensive and sensibly priced

Nice course, lovely weather. Most undulating course I've been on. Note to newcomers, despite there being no notes about dress code on website (other than everyone welcome!) Club pro can make his own rules and decide on appropriateness of your attire, so I recommend plain collared t shirt! Overall a very nice course otherwise though!
