Beach Gallery

Beach Gallery is in a stunning location overlooking the sea. The gallery has a lovely collection of art work. The art classes are also worth a try as I was convinced I couldnt paint but managed to produce some pieces that surprised me! Thanks to Carolyn, the owner, careful guidance

We have visited the Beach Gallery when staying at Cantick Head on Hoy three times now. Each time has been amazing and Carolyn is a fantastic teacher. We have painted puffins, gulls and had a session printmaking and each one was a big hit with us all and we managed to produce artwork we were all proud of. We can’t wait to come back again soon 😃

The Beach Gallery is a lovely little gem of a place, at the end of a quiet road on the isle of Hoy, and right on a beautiful small bay. Some gorgeous artwork to peruse, and Carolyn is a warm and friendly host. Really enjoyed my visit and exploring the nearby coastline.

I am probably the least arty person you could find, and previously would never have considered going to art classes. However, being at a loose end, I decided to do just that.... and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Love this gallery it’s so professionally run and the owner is super helpful and cheerful. I love the shop there are so many exciting things an are of the highest quality. I also get a pedicure done by Carolyn my I feel like I’m floating on air when she’s finished she is so professional. I can’t wait till COVID is over so I can go visit the shop and pedicure and a good yarn with Carolyn the owner. I highly recommend going to the beach gallery.
