Be Birth

We took a hypnobirthing course with Olivia in May 2021 and it was brilliant. The venue was lovely and we learned so much as a couple about birth and the pregnant body. Everything was clear, easy to understand and delivered at a pace that allowed us to ask plenty of questions. Olivia is a very talented, patient and approachable teacher who is clearly super passionate about what she does. I now feel very empowered for my birth, thank you!

I will never be able to properly express my gratitude for Olivia and all of the support she provided to me as I prepared for the birth of my son. She researched my circumstances, helped me understand my options, empowered me to feel in control of my birth. When I went in to labour, Olivia came when I needed her, she helped me to feel grounded and calm. She provided such incredible practical support to my husband so I didn't have to worry about a thing. He presence was such an incredible gift....

Olivia was incredible at supporting me and my new little family. She helped with everything from cooking fresh homely meals to walking the dogs and caring for my baby whilst I got some well needed rest. She was wonderful at listening to all my issues and feelings surrounding being a new Mum offering guidance and knowledge without opinions or judgement.
