I use their BD fine needles and in a box of 100 so far 16 have failed. The size of the pen needles that I use is 0,23mm [32G] x 4mm. This is happening in every box.

I retired from BD after 25 years in HR. All EES I came in contact those years were proud to work for a Company that cared about their EES and patient comfort. A few comments against BD doesn't reflect negative in my mind.
