BCTG, have been very helpful after I was placed on the wrong course by another agency. It wasn't the course I was hoping for but appreciate that my work hasn't been wasted.

Attended the Careers show with my son in Telford and they were very helpful. Although the could not help direct, they recommended other companies without hesitation (something I thought was good!)

Age discrimination at work. If you can not offer the apprenticeships to people of any age group you should not be entitled to government funding for 16-24yr old apprenticeships. Rejected within a min of applying pathetic companies do not care about the individual only the money, is it not time to start offering alternative training people are not dead at 24.
