BCL Consultancy was founded in 2013 to provide specialist educational support to schools to empower the quality of education for young people. BCL Consultancy is a diverse and rapidly growing educational company with a sole aim to provide additional capacity to narrow the gap and reach the highest possible outcomes for young people, schools, academies and trusts. ​ 'We believe that every young person deserves the best education.
