Great gym, friendly atmosphere and very professional. My daughter has been training here for a little more than a year, she never did anything like that before so had to learn from scratch but the team did an awesome job and she now loves it and is progressing at a steady pace. Would definitely recommend to anyone, beginner or experienced, who's looking for a place to train and learn.

My son absolutely loves kickboxing since starting here. He’s improved so quickly in the sport in month or so he’s been doing it because of the coaching staff who keep discipline and ensure the kids get the most out of their sessions there. We’ve now bought gloves and pads so my son can practice at home. Highly recommend.

I have been attending this gym every Tuesday for around three months for the boxing lessons. The place is clean, you can actually park and the instructors are friendly, very skilled and experienced and give you the best work out of your life. The gym is family run and makes everyone who walks through the door feel welcomed. Our family of 4 have been kickboxing with this fantastic club for almost 6 years now! Perhaps one of the best things about it is that it is run by a family, which then gives the whole club a welcoming, family feel. There's no bravado, just friendly people, children of all ages, all being encouraged and supported in becoming fitter, stronger and more confident. We have been at this club for about 2 years if not longer. We brought our son who has ADHD and other needs, as his old club closed down. They were very welcoming. Lovely family run business. Our daughter started their classes at the age of 2 and she abs loves coming along. Both of our kid's confidence have soared.
