  • The best personal training service I’ve used! This isn’t a gym or classes, it’s personal training focused on you and your goals and getting you from point A to point B. The group sessions are fantastic, energetic and professionally delivered and make you want to be there in the community. If you’re sat on the fence about investing into your health, get yourself down to Bayse and I’m sure you won’t regret it.

  • Been a member for just over three weeks and I love it. You have your own bay to train in and the advice from the guys running the session is like having a one to one session. They are always available to advise on nutrition and help you reach your goals, this is one gym I’ll be staying with

  • Luis and Mike are very knowledgeable and adjust your workout and nutrition to your needs. You have your own space with lots of support as you work out. There are people of all sizes and ages so did not feel uncomfortable. Would highly recommend this gym.

  • Excellent! All PTs are super friendly and checking in with you often enough to make sure you don’t lose the focus. Lots of informative knowledge around food and kcal, great if you are trying to get your head around it. So many different options as to when to take up your sessions! Everyone is super friendly!!
