Bates Body Factory

I am loving my weekly sessions with Georgie and the other mummy's at the mums and baby group PT. Georgie is so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. She works us hard and I definitely feel the benefits the next day!! I would highly recommend this group to other mums looking for a full body work out!

I signed up to start Mum & Baby PT with Georgie 8 weeks after having my son. Georgie creates such a welcoming environment with mats for our little ones to play on while we do our PT session, even helps settle them if they start getting grouchy, we can feed them and bring their toys along too. We came to Bates originally to simply shred for our wedding. Over 2 years later we are still coming every week. We've had weekly PT sessions with Jonathan. I have never used a PT before, always felt I knew best. Spent many years going to gyms getting board of the routine and demotivated and finally stopping! My Wife and I decided to have a go at Bates Body Factory, it was something we could do together and just see how we went on, 30 weeks later we are hooked, never had such an all-round work out in an hour, I wish I had seen the light years ago. The team at BBF are down to earth, knowledgeable and helpful, feel very much at home.
