Worst place ever for swimming events. Organisation is just a joke!

Very Good staff, plenty of changing rooms. Shower facility after swimming. Separate Learners pool with less depth for beginners. Staff stays in water to help new starters. Parents sitting area from where they can see children swimming. Only morning classes for new starters over the weekend and I suggest afternoon classes for new starters to give more flexibility.

Nice, clean pool and free parking!

I hate this place and if I didn't have children I would never attend. Reception staff think they are god! Treat everyone like children. Then if you pay for lessons via direct debit you are lucky to get 8days notice of price increase which is yearly but no benefit to us as they are rubbish! If you forget your card they are "not aloud" to let you through even when checking on the computer to check your suppose to be there. The pool is FREEZING all year round, expect blue lips!! Really dirty. A girl was sick at the side of the pool. Made everyone walking past step over it. Took them at least half an hour to clean it up. Smells of urine everywhere, toilets are disgusting. Hygiene levels need to improve in such a big facility, used by so many people.
