I’ve been going for a little while now to the Muay Thai and Brazilian jiu jitsu and honestly it’s such a welcoming environment for ages and abilitys ! Worlds class trainers and an all round family like atmosphere! After trying a few gyms out over the years this is by far the best and most professionally ran gym I’ve been to! An amazing martial arts gym run by a real champions. Have been going there for years because not only it has a great equipment and atmosphere but because it feels like family. Definitely recommend for fitness, self-defence and professional purpose. Suitable for kids and adults
