  • Base 13 is the perfect place for you if you want somewhere to train, feel comfortable and meet new people. The coaches are so helpful and welcoming to all abilities. I started back in March 21 and had no idea what I was doing when it came to weight training. Now I feel comfortable lifting weights as I have been provided with the correct guidance. 100% recommend for anyone thinking about joining a gym but don't know where to start!
