Brilliant gym! friendly, warm and very welcoming! Brilliant advise on ur fitness from graham Barrett. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone!

Great gym, great atmosphere, no posers all lovely people who just want to look after themselves.

Great gym and very friendly staff, has everything you need for a good workout.

Great for functional fitness, has some weights, cab get a little crowded as it isn't the biggest.

Friendly place, made welcome, staff helpful but not in your face. Music not repetitive. All the equipment I would need. Free water and towels. Never had to queue for a piece of equipment
