My name is Stephen Murphy and hit the big 40 this year! It certainly made me realise how far this buisness has come in 7 years. My background has always been in sport with excelling in both Athletics and Football. I currently hold a Level 4 in Strength and Conditioning Qualification, Studying a Masters of Science in Sports Performance Coaching and work in semi - professional football. I love working with people regarding any goal they have, making sure they achieve it through education.
