  • The coaches are very friendly, funny and welcoming making it a warm experience for a complete beginner such as myself. They are focused on teaching proper technique, hammering it in until you don't throw a single wrong move. 1000/100 Absolutely reccomend even if you don't like fighting, there's something for everyone and it's always a good time.

  • I’ve trained at other marital arts gyms and this is by far the best! I only wish I’d discovered it years earlier! • I have had the best experience here, everyone is friendly and really welcoming from the moment you step in. I have been to Muay Thai gyms before and this place is so nice, the coaches know what there doing and are always there with a smile on there faces. I took my brother here and he feel in love with it too. I would recommend for all levels, it really has changed my life.

If you’re thinking about it, just try it, a year later and I’m still enjoying it like it was my first class
