After having a bad experience with another groomer i phonee this place where i was booked in very quickly, upon arrival i explain that my dogs hair was quite matted and the lady explained they would provably have to cut my dogs hair quite a lot shorter because of this which i was happy with. We have a rescue dog, he had long hair and was very scruffy.We had his coat groomed at Bark and he loved it and is gorgeous.

Extremely disappointed with the grooming of our dog.. our dog had a beautiful coat on him and we were shocked to see what Bark in the Park did to him! They shaved him fully our dog looks very different and our children are very upset to see our pet totally shaven. The lady obviously could not be bothered to do her job and just shaved our pet in such a horrible way, she was rude and so uninterested.
