  • My only regret is that I didn’t do this years ago. The sessions are really varied and include beginner and advanced drills so there’s something for everybody. All the staff and members have been extremely friendly and welcoming. I’m feeling fitter, stronger and have shed pounds. If you are thinking of joining, I’d highly recommend getting down for a taster session.

  • We’ve been coming to the Phase 2 gym for over a year and thoroughly enjoy it. The trainers, Matt and Rob, are very knowledgeable and helpful trainers and have created a friendly and positive environment. Great opportunity to improve your fitness. I would recommend the gym to anyone interested in kickboxing or looking to improve their fitness.

  • I signed up to Banks’ just over a year ago and have no regrets. The members and coaches are all so welcoming and friendly. Everyone strives to help everyone so we can all improve together in fitness and in technique. Coach Matt and Coach Rob at Phase 2 have been amazing from the very start and we couldn’t ask for better coaches to train us. Sessions are tough but so rewarding mentally and physically!

  • We travel half an hour to get to this awesome gym... there are plenty of martial arts club closer, but Banks is definitely worth the trip! My sons aged 10 and 12 have been attending the cadets and adult classes twice a week for two years now. The coaches are encouraging and push everybody to be their very best self. They set high expectations and support members to reach them. I watch every class and everybody; from the very tiny to the grown ups, girls and boys, super fit to not-so-fit, conf...

  • This is the place to bring your family to if you're searching for martial arts. Not only is this like a big family setting it also has the best instructors anyone could wish for. They keep it light and fun while the students learn self control, discipline and respect. My son started when he was 3 and I can honestly say his confidence is what it is because of the last 5 years at Banks!
