  • Banks Fit has done wonders for my motivation, fitness and strength over the last year. Working out with a great group of people & coaches really does make a difference and If you told me a year ago I would be looking forward to getting back to outdoor classes and fitness challenges, I would have laughed. Ready to face those park hill runs once again 💪😊

  • I would totally recommend Banks Fit. I started in January as I wanted to regain my fitness and try something different that fitted in with my busy family life. Almost a stone down already and feeling 10 years younger! Good choice of class times, a friendly group of people with great coaches at the helm.

  • I'm just over 6 months in and feeling a massive change! I have lost weight the wrong way before and I ended up injuring myself because of. I love running and I thought I'd never be able to run again. However, Andy's coaching has got me back to running 10K again. On top of that I'm not far off being able to fit in my 'skinny' clothes again! Andy and his team are great. Enough said!

  • Banks fit is great for those of us looking to make needed changes in our lives but jave to juggle everything else life has too. Andy is attentive and gives you great guidance and help on your fitness journey. Although I don't live close to do the classes I still feel as though I am part of the community with everyone supporting each other!

  • I joined Banks Fit in March 2022 for the 6 week challange, I had been dieting since Jan lost some weight but had hit a plato where my weight wouldnt move.
