Best bike shop around. I've bought bikes from all the major chains and none of them even come close to this shop. Banjos has really friendly staff, great customer service and a nice shop with a Café. Highly recommend it - even coming from Oxford!

New to mountain biking. After messaging them and receiving a super quick reply on Facebook, I brought my new (second hand) bike in for a suspension adjustment. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with a fully set up bike for my weight and I couldn’t be happier with the service. 10/10 will return for their service and product range in the future. Great service & Great People I recently took the plunge & bought a new bike, although I live in Windsor, Banjo were the only store who had the model & size I needed. From the first point of contact, the team were friendly helpful & no pressure to buy at all. I shared my previous bike fit data & they said they would set the bike up for me, ready for the Saturday to come & see it Will & Haydn took me through the bike and allowed a short test ride...even at this point there was zero pressure...

Rang up to see if had any really good small ladies racing bikes for my daughter - note here that pretty well everywhere is saying no stock and no way will have anything till September. Chris on the other hand had a real interest in what we needed and had good stock levels of real quality bikes in a very very smart set up in Newbury. Could not have felt more welcomed and looked after - went away with a shed load of quality kit and a great new 2021 Liv Langma Advanced Pro 1 Disc Road Bike. Perf...

I was recommend to give Will a call by friend who knew him from when he worked at another Giant dealer in Oxford. He was amazing and went beyond my expectations, I ended up purchasing the last Giant TCR advanced pro 2021 in the country and picked up the same day. After sales support has been faultless.
