Bancroft Kennels & Cattery

Took my dog George on Friday 23rd September due to holiday canceling dogs at last minute. staff very welcoming very clean and felt comfortable leaving George for 1st time picked George up today 26th and to be honest he did not want to come actually giving the girls a love before he left 😀 definitely would take him back again next year and i would highly recommended Bancroft Kennels.

A massive “Thank You” to all at Bancroft Kennels. I have 2 Italian Spinoni’s- not too may around - they are a large breed, loving, inquisitive, excitable and need lots of attention. After viewing many kennels I chose Bancroft as I felt they met the needs of our two very precious dogs. They are absolutely superb with Tumbler, my rottweiler companion. The online booking system is amazing and they are always quick to reply if you want talk to a human. The collection service is also a blessing. All the caretakers are dedicated and genuine animal lovers. Totally recommend this place.

We got our Labrador from here in 2020, fully KC registered and thankfully with insurance, which we had to use in the first couple of weeks. We shopped around when getting our dog as there are so many cowboys around at the moment, but we were put at ease when visiting here as it is a very good set up and staff where friendly and knowledge.

We bought 2 kittens from Bancroft and it was brilliant service. Jan Foster kept us updated and sent photos until we could pick them up, and answered any questions we had quickly. The kittens are delightful, lovely temperaments, they've obviously been really looked after and most importantly are used to being handled. Would highly recommend.
