Gill has been great in helping us understand how to train our puppy Ava. I would definitely recommend her and do plan on using her again when Ava is a little older.

Gill was brilliant; she responded quickly to my enquiry and came to help me at short notice. She was unassuming in her approach, her training methods easy to understand, and was encouraging when I was practising the commands.
