Balanced Dog Training

Unreliable and ignorant. I had exchanged a number of emails with Shannon who stated it was £30 per hour for training. She then sent me an invoice for £40 and said her original email was a typo. Having agreed a time and date for training she failed to attend. There was no answer to my many calls and texts. I will be looking for someone else.

Shannon is a thoughtful and intuitive trainer and we thoroughly enjoyed the session. The change in Doug was so quick and although we still have work to do, I now feel like I have the tools to do it. Would highly recommend Balanced Dog Training to anyone looking for help correcting unwanted behaviours. Thank you!
