  • Tom is excellent - I have never had a personal trainer before and he makes it fun and engaging without ever making me feel like I don’t know what I’m doing... Loving the results!

  • I have been training and working with Tom for quite a while now and have achieved far more than I ever could have thought possible. I have gone from a lazy couch potato to adventure running across 23 miles of Cornish coastline and completing two full marathons at Brighton and in Bordeaux! Tom has helped me turn my life around. No matter what age or level of fitness you are Bailey Health and Fitness can get you to where you want to be, no question about it.
