  • After training with Bahar over a year I made great progress in my fitness training. I started out with very little experience of free weightlifting but she was able to guide me through developing my form and developing fitness plans that helped me grain strength and meet my goals. She has great knowledge of fitness and keeps you on track.

  • Training catered to your own experience and towards your fitness goals. Weekly schedules with planned exercises help keep me motivated and give me a skeleton to work with. In-person sessions good for learning new exercises and building on old ones.
