Was not massively impressed when they came to take my grandmother out for the day, forgetting her walking stick (quite a basic necessity for a 90 year old who cannot walk) when they arrived back home my grandmother had spent £30 on a walking stick. Not only is this an outrageously overpriced walking stick but it also highlights the lack of knowledge the carer had as any registered disabled people do not need to pay tax on a disability items.
