  • We love joining Simone Walks, the routes are always breadth taking and she is such an amazing guide, very knowledgeable and kind! We highly recommend it!

  • I went on the 'gin' walk with Simone and her team recently - the whole day was FANTASTIC. The vast majority of the walk was in beautiful, quiet countryside away from roads and noisy cars. We learnt little gems of knowledge about the places we passed along the way, the views were spectacular and we ended up having a gin tasting at Silent Pool - what's not to love! I highly recommend Back on Track and I'll be doing another hike very soon.

  • The most inclusive, welcoming, non-judgmental fitness & running group I've ever been a part of! Achievable goals according to your own starting point, no-one is left behind and there are always options to try something more challenging or a little easier according to how much you feel you can manage. I've also appreciated the careful expertise and advice if you're worried about aches & pains, helping you to avoid aggravating any niggles. So grateful to have discovered Simone's classes!

  • Having not run for a few years I thought it'd be a good idea to do couch to 5k with Simone. Monday evenings are now my favourite evening of the week! It's a lovely bunch of people who all gather together to run, and it's exciting to see the improvement that we've all made over the last 2 months. Simone has shown us correct running postures, warm-up and cool-down exercises, and has shown us how to avoid getting running injuries. Highly recommend - I'm really enjoying running now!
