Baby Ability (Baby Yoga & Baby Massage, Derby)

Today I attended the first session of Baby Massage, the session was great fun and there was plenty of interaction with the other mums. Stephanie who runs this group was fantastic, showed us plenty of massage techniques, which we will use in the group and can incorporate at home in our own time before bath or bed with our babies.
