First time using Ali baba and will be the last. This company only cares about the money & not their customers. I was told that my design should maximum take up to 50 minutes so I was charged £50 for 1 hour design which is fine. Then later I had a call from a kid who was designing my menu asking for another £50 because it went over by 3 minutes, I asked to show what was done in that hour and all they done was copied n pasted my menu pdf which I have already provided to them.
