While the instructor was knowledgeable and provided adequate cues, the sequencing of the class did not flow well and felt disjointed. I have taken several classes with Aysha Bell Wellness, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this instructor. While the sequences are challenging, the instructions were often unclear and difficult to follow, leaving me feeling frustrated and disconnected from my practice. Aysha’s products are utterly wonderful. They make the perfect gift and feel like such a treat if I’ve bought them for myself. Quick and easy to buy and arrives promptly wrapped with lots of care. Everything is beautifully made. All Christmas presents will be from her again this year!
