As an apprentice in Middle Earth Medicine Ways, a practitioner of shamanic womancraft & with a background as a mindbody coach, I offer a somatic & embodied approach to soul growth & self knowledge and development. I facilitate those I work with to tap into their own inner strength, wisdom and medicine that lies deep within the body, the tissues & the psyche.
