About Axis Centre
This multi-purpose facility is aptly named as it can be found in the centre of Newmachar, built to cater for all ages in the local area and beyond. It was officially opened on 30th August 2014. Owned and managed by the community, for the community, it is run on a not for profit basis as a registered charity with the aim of promoting opportunities in culture, learning, sport, leisure, health and well-being. All on ground level, the Axis Centre provides quality facilities and offers the opportunity to work up a sweat in the fitness suite or participate in a range of fitness classes.
