I took part in leadership course ran by Axio. Although I had several years management experience I found the course both helpful and useable. It helped me confirm my approach and gave me the added confidence needed in making key decisions. One of the major points for me was the interaction with like minded managers. Highly recommended.

I took part in the Executive leadership program in 2012. After that, we decided that all senior leaders would complete the training. This aided the rapid development of the team. Training is structured to meet you individual needs. Further in-house session allow you to enhance specific priority areas in your organisation. This type of training should be included in any preparation for headship. I would recommend Axio to any school leader and organisation.

Excellent leadership program, wish I’d done it years ago. Worked with Axio putting in a Head of Department training program are hawkwell a house Hotel in Oxford, and then did the Executive Leadership course which really helped me personally as well as how I led a team in a busy Hotel.
