Less than 1 star!!!! Trophy suppliers and Scentsy consultants are easy to come by so do yourself a favour and go elsewhere for better customer service. Agree 100% with Jenny Carver, "company director" Sharon was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Item I ordered was incredibly slow to be posted, when queried, Sharon was incredibly unhelpful and simply referred me to Royal Mail. Fantastic company to deal with. Family run, I have personally had dealings with all members of the team and all are lovely and very professional! The products are quality and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend!

I've been using this supplier for at least five years, purchasing medals and trophies etc. for the British Quiz Association and International Qizzing Association, and have ALWAYS found them to be most helpful and pleasant, and, equally important, very reliable.
