Went today for my first flight experience. Arrived an hour early and the man on reception was great. Very good customer service. The pilot tutor (Fabio) was fantastic too. Will definitely return and would recommend

Did a flight experience with a groupon deal from my wife. It was a fantastic experience. The pilots were excellent tutors and I was able to take off and land (with help). 10 / 10 would reccomend anyone to use them for a flight experience.

After my wife surprising Me with a flight voucher through “into the blue”, I made contact with these guys to book my experience. It was brilliant from start to finish. The charges for landing at Exeter for SEP aircraft are absolutely outrageous but this is not I suppose the fault of South West aviation. Whether the charmless man on the security gate is under their control is not clear but he certainly needs to learn some manners. I don't object to paying huge landing fees if I have a good experience (Oxford offers a really good service for not much money) but here you do feel a bit like you're having your pockets emptied without much pleasure involved!
