I've been going to Sian's evening classes and attending private classes since August last year. I find the classes enjoyable and informative with the meanings of the poses discussed and the history behind them . The classes are well thought out and structured in fun and enjoyable way and sian will always help you find your way with expert guidance and support. Well worth the time and the money
