  • I’d been training for about ten years and had lost focus and developed some mild tendonitis. I was looking for more functional strength and to prepare for the sailing season. James was quickly able to identify my weaknesses and created a flexible training programme. I was very impressed with the depth of his knowledge and attention to detail. As well as achieving my goals the sessions really transformed my approach in the gym and I wish I’d started earlier. Highly recommended.
