  • Tom is an absolute professional. As your trainer, he will certainly push you hard but if you are willing to put in the work, you will see significant results. As a relatively skinny guy, I was really pleased to gain about 10kg of muscle mass in roughly three months.   • Amazing trainer, thought and motivating. Stright foword and always honest with you. He train next to you and focusing on what and how you exersize. U always have 100% of his attention. He will kick your a#& you hate him for a moment and love him again when you see what results he can gave you. And in addition he speaks Polish
