This has been an extremely helpful course to take a very different and much more constructive perspective on parenting with immediate benefits. Sam is a brilliant coach and uses examples really effectively to make her advice concrete and real.

Sam is such an excellent coach. She really puts the material across well. She is clearly passionate about positive parenting and in just 5 short weeks has given me many skills that I truly believe will aid me in achieving a smoother time as a parent and in bringing up an emotionally healthy little girl. Sam provides step by step guidance on how to do positive parenting and supports you throughout with a handbook, worksheets and regular feedback and messages. I've learned so much and it's making a real difference within the family. My relationship with my kids has improved and I'm not shouty mummy all the time. I just wish I'd found Sam earlier!

The course has been brilliant, and Sam has given me so much help and advice. The course has made me realise I'm doing a lot of the right things already, and though it hasn't solved all my problems it has given me some excellent tools to practice getting my family life into a better place, like descriptive praise, emotion coaching, and family rules.
